Poster Presentation Guidelines

General poster guidelines

Those who present at the online poster session should prepare their poster by February 25th, 2021 and send the PDF file to the Secretariat via Email. Poster PDF files are posted on a web site for preview by the participants. Recommended poster size is 135.48 cm width x 76.2 cm height, which fits to the wide monitor (16:9), but it is not necessary. On the top of the poster, please include the title of the presentation, sub-title (if any), the list of authors with affiliation.

Guidelines for poster presenters

On the day of the poster session, each presenter should enter the assigned breakout room of Zoom at the assigned core time. Each poster presenter has 18 minutes of core time. (We apologize that the allocation time for each poster presenter has changed from 30 minutes to 18 minutes.) Please see below an example of breakout rooms. Please open your poster file on your computer and share it as full screen mode. There is no support by the secretariat. Any file types are acceptable. When your core time starts, turn on your microphone (and camera), and explain your poster to the visitors and answer their questions. When your core time finishes, please stop the share of your presentation file promptly so that the next presenter can share their presentation. Before and after the core time, you are free to visit other poster presentations.
